摘　　要：以成果导向教育OBE为基础,将OBE教学模式应用到职业教育人才培养方案中,根据社会需求,确定电气自动化人才培养目标,构建课程体系,改革教学模式和教学方法,持续改进教学质量,实现人才培养从传统的"以教学资源为中心"向"以学习产出为中心"的转变。Based on the idea of outcome-based education（OBE）, which is used in the vocational education talent training programs, the paper aims to readjust the curriculum system, reform the teaching modes and methods in order to continuously improve the teaching quality in the light of the requirement of the society for the objective of automation training talent; thus the training talent mode is converted from the traditional school teaching resources center to the focus of learning output.
