摘 要:自我调控机制是高职院校专业建设的重要机制,行业企业参与专业建设评价是专业建设自我调控机制的关键环节。专业建设自我调控机制由三个子系统构成:专业人才培养质量生成系统、专业人才培养质量检测系统,专业人才培养质量反馈系统。行业企业参与专业建设评价以专业人才培养质量保障的"三大系统"为基础,强化行业企业深度参与人才培养的质量反馈与调整,通过行业企业评价,倒逼专业实施自我调控,从而实现专业的发展。Self-regulation mechanism is of importance for the specialty construction in higher vocational colleges. Evaluation from industry and enterprises is the key to build self ̄regulation mechanism of specialty construction. The self-regulation mechanism of specialty construction consists of three subsystems: generating system of professional cultivation quality, detecting system of professional cultivation quality and quality feedback system of professional cultivation. Evaluation from industry and enterprises is based on the three quality guarantee systems of professional cultivation, strengthening deep involvement of industry and enterprises in the quality feedback and adjustment through evaluation, forcing the specialty to implement self ̄regulation to improve the specialty development.
