摘  要:STEM教育有助于学生提高综合素质,掌握未来社会必备的职业技能和创新能力,已经成为许多国家长期坚持的重要教育战略。STEM教育同高职教育结合培养技术技能型人才有其深层次契合点和必然性。在深入分析高职STEM学习生态系统内涵与特点的基础上,提出以职业能力与素养培养为目标,以STEM学习生态系统建设为中心,以实践项目为载体,以STEM跨学科教育为内容,以多阶段递进式专业选修课为形式,以多维度教学绩效评价体系为保障的高职STEM教育培养体系构建路径。STEM education can help students to improve the overall quality and master the necessary vocational skills and innovative ability in the future society. It has become an important long-term educational strategy in many countries. The combination of STEM education with higher vocational education for the training of technical skilled personnel has deep connection and inevitability. On the basis of indepth analysis of the connotation and characteristics of STEM learning ecosystem in higher vocational education, this paper puts forward the construction way of STEM education training system and carry out specific exploration practice including: aiming at the cultivation of professional ability and accomplishment, taking STEM learning ecosystem construction as the center, taking practice-project as the carrier, taking STEM interdisciplinary education as the content, taking the multistep optional course as the form, taking the multi-dimensional teaching performance appraisal system as the safeguard, and so on.
