摘　　要：新教员是高校师资队伍中不可或缺的组成部分,是今后学校发展的主力。新教员怎么上好第一堂课,不仅关系到自身将来的发展,也关系到高校整体师资水平的提高,本文旨在从笔者首次授课的切身经历出发,从授课前、授课时和授课后谈了几点体会,为其他新教员在身份、心理等各方面的转变提供一些借鉴和帮助。The new teacher is an indispensable part of the Faculty of colleges and universities, and is the main force of the school development in the future. How the new teacher makes first class well, not only related to the development of their own future, but also related to the overall level of university teachers, this paper from the teaching experience of the author for the first time, from teaching before and after class teaching and had some experience, and help to provide some reference for other new teachers in transition identity, psychology etc.
