摘 要:核心素养的提出,不仅为学生发展提供了方向与目标,更为教师专业发展提出了挑战与转型的导向,开启了教师专业发展的创生之路。在核心素养的视域下,教师必将回归教育本体,从各种矛盾性问题中找到自身进入的角度和空间,在体验的过程中考验自己,从而提升自身的能力与能量。在核心素养的视域下,要构建一个开放的和创造性的不断衍生关系的生态教育整体,从而探寻到教师专业发展的生命智慧。基于核心素养的教师专业发展具有连续性与阶段性、历史性与现实性、融通性与整合性等特点。The proposal of core literacy not only provides the direction and goal for students' development,but also puts forward the orientation towards challenge and transformation for teachers' professional development,which opens the way of its creation. In the view of core literacy,teachers would return to the education itself,find out the angle and space to enter in various contradictory problems,and test themselves in the process of experience to enhance their own ability and energy. In the view of core literacy,an open and creative integration of ecological education that constantly derives relations should be built so that the life wisdom of teachers' professional development can be explored. The professional development of teachers based on core literacy has the characteristics of continuity and periodicity,historicity and feasibility,and flexibility and conformability.
