摘　　要：博士生教育服务质量已成为学生满意与否的重要因素。通过实证研究发现:可靠性质量对博士生满意度的影响效应最大,保证性质量的影响次之,有形性和移情性质量的影响强度几乎相同,响应性质量只对学生满意的情感因素存在正向影响。为进一步提高学生满意度,应充分考虑博士生教育服务质量五维度对学生满意度的影响关系强弱及其内在机理,优先改进可靠性质量。the service quality of doctoral education has become a key factor in the student satisfaction. The empirical study has found：reliability quality in service quality of doctoral education has the biggest impact on student satisfaction,the second is the assurance quality,and the effect is almost the same between tangibles and empathy quality. The responsive quality only has positive influence on emotional factors in satisfaction. In order to make student more satisfied,colleges and universities should fully consider five dimensions in service quality of doctoral education influence on student satisfaction relationship and their internal mechanism,and then they should improve reliability quality first.
