中小学英语教师跨文化交际能力培训路径研究

摘　　要：跨文化交际是指不同文化背景的人们之间的交际。跨文化交际能力包含认知、情感和行为三个层面。本文从跨文化交际能力的内涵出发,设计了基于认知层面的知识培训模块、基于情感层面的自我意识培训模块,基于行为层面的技能培训模块,同时提出了每个模块的培训内容和适用的培训方法。Cross cultural communication refers to people of different cultural backgrounds communication.Intercultural communicative competence contains three aspects of cognition,emotion and behavior. In this paper,from the connotation of intercultural communicative competence of design knowledge training module based on the cognitive level,self awareness training module based on the emotional level,behavior level skills training module based on the proposed training contents of each module and suitable training methods.
