摘　　要：为了响应中国制造2025的强国战略,促进国家经济的持续繁荣发展,必须保证中国工业能够拥有较高技术能力的劳动力,由此我们意识到职业教育和职业培训将会迎来新的挑战。职业教育与职业培训共赢机制的可行性研究就是为了从容面对未来世界经济一体化出现的各种变化。基于提高培训质量和适应未来行业的结构性变化的考虑,通过将学校职业教育和企业培训的合作来实现,为尚未开展职业培训的企业提供便利的培训条件,满足学校职业教育及职业资格认证的需要。In response to China＇s 2025 power strategy and the sustained and prosperous development of the country＇s economy,we must ensure that Chinese industry can have a highly skilled workforce, and we realize that vocational education and vocational training will meet new challenges. The feasibility study of the win-win mechanism of vocational education and vocational training is to confront all kinds of changes that will happen in the future world economic integration. Based on the consideration of improving the quality of training and adapting to the structural changes in the future industry, through the cooperation of vocational education and enterprise training, it is necessary to provide convenient training conditions for enterprises that have not yet carried out vocational training, and meet the needs of vocational education and professional qualification certification.
