摘 要:应用护理理论培训管理平台,对全院护士进行分层护理理论培训和考核。护士通过观看教学视频和幻灯片学习护理相关理论知识,学习后在线接受考核。自2016年使用护理理论培训管理平台后,理论知识培训参加率和培训满意度逐年提高。以往的到课率不足40%,采用该平台后,在职护士的培训参加率达80%以上;护士主动参加培训的意愿、对培训与考核形式的满意度、培训对提高临床工作能力和提高理论水平的认可度等方面均呈现递增趋势,3次调查结果中均超过80%的护士对应用护理理论培训管理平台进行培训和考核表示满意。此平台在培训中应用的主要优势为理论培训不受时间、地点的限制,并且便于护理管理者管理;局限性包括缺少师生互动和教学过程监管。Knowledge training management platform was applied to train nurses and assess their nursing Knowledge level. Nurses learnt the related nursing knowledge through watching videos and PPT lectures. After that,they were assessed through online examinations. Since the platform was used in 2016,both the participation rate and the satisfaction level had been increased. The participation rate after the platform was used was beyond 80% compared with the rate of under 40% before the platform application. The increase tendency regarding the willing of active participation,satisfaction with the training and examination form, and acceptance of the fact that training could improve their clinical working abilities and knowledge level, was presented. More than 80% of participants were satisfied with the new platform through three investigations. The advantage of the training management platform was no time and place restrictions. Besides,it could be easily managed by nurse managers. Limitations included little communication and interaction between teachers and students and lack of supervisions.
