摘 要:立德树人是高校思想政治教育的中心环节,高校思政课是对大学生进行系统思想政治教育的主渠道和主阵地。思政教师扮演着引领者和指挥官的角色,思政教师的素质和能力对思政课的教学效果起着关键性的作用。大数据时代,新媒体与大学生的学习和生活深度融合,新媒体的广泛运用大大弱化了思政教师的话语权威,思政教师的话语权遭遇严峻的考验和挑战。分析大数据语境下思政教师话语权的嬗变与重构对有效提升思政课教师的素质和高校思政课教育教学效果有着重要意义。Moral establishment and student cultivation are cores of the ideological and political education in colleges and uni- versities. And the ideological and political course is the main channel to systematically provide the college students the ideological and political education. At the same time, the ideological and political teachers work as the guiders and commanders of the college students, therefore, the quality and ability of the teachers are decisive to the teaching effect of the ideological and political course. In the era of big data, new media is deeply integrated into the college students' study and life. However, the wide use of new media has greatly weakened the discourse authority of the ideological and political teachers, which has confronted the severe tests and chal- lenges. An analysis of the shift and reconstruction of the teachers' discourse power is significant in promoting the teachers' quality and improving the teaching effect of the ideological and political course in colleges and universities.
