摘 要:目的:研究上海某三甲医院合同制护士离职倾向与工作倦怠及社会支持情况的相关性。方法:随机抽取282名合同制护士填写离职倾向量表、工作倦怠量表及社会支持量表,回收问卷后应用SPSS 17.0软件分析所有数据。结果:合同制护士离职倾向量表评分为(9.58±2.73)分,处于中高水平;工作倦怠评分为(57.12±16.22)分,处于中等水平;社会支持评分为(39.00±7.29)分,处于中等水平;合同制护士离职倾向与工作倦怠呈正相关(r=0.461,P〈0.05),与社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.347,P〈0.05)。结论:通过优化护理流程,关注护士职业前景,提高护士报酬,降低护士工作倦怠感,给予护士组织支持,从而降低护士离职倾向。Objective:To study the relationship between turnover intention,job burnout and social support of contract nurses in a tertiary hospital in Shanghai.Methods:We randomly selected 282 contract nurses from hospital to fill out the turnover tendency scale,job burnout scale and social support scale.After the questionnaires were collected,all data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.Results:The results of this study showed that the hospital contract nurses' turnover intention scale score was(9.58±2.73),a higher level;Job burnout scored(57.12±16.22)points at a medium level;The social support scored(39±7.29)points at the middle level;Contract nurses' turnover was positive correlation with job burnout(r=0.461,P〈0.05),and was negatively correlated to social support(r=-0.347,P〈0.05).Conclusion:Through the optimization of nursing process,the establishment of effective incentive mechanism,improve the fair remuneration of nurses,pay attention to the career prospects of nurses,give nurses organizational support,improve social support,thereby reducing the turnover intention of nurses.
