摘　　要：为了破解校企合作中存在的诸多问题,吸收了传统学徒制和现代学校教育优点发展起来的现代学徒制成为我国现代职业教育的战略选择,具有重大的实践意义。文章在充分调研的基础上,分析了校企合作的现状,阐明了现代学徒制的内涵。作为校企合作的创新模式,建议从完善制度、加强师资队伍建设等方面大力推进现代学徒制。只有国家、行业、学校、企业、学生等相关各方共同努力,才能确保现代学徒制健康有序地发展。In order to solve problems in school-enterprise cooperation,the modern apprenticeship developed from the advantages of traditional apprenticeship and modern school education has become a strategic choice for vocational education in our country,which has great practical significance. In the article,on the basis of survey,it analyses the current situation of the cooperation between school and enterprise,and expounds the connotation of the modern apprenticeship. As an innovative mode of school-enterprise cooperation,the modern apprenticeship should be vigorously promoted from the aspects such as perfecting the system and strengthening the construction of teacher staff. Only when the country,industries,schools,enterprises and students work together,can the modern apprenticeship will develop healthily and orderly.
