摘 要:建立了顶空固相微萃取气质联用法测定地表水中痕量邻叔丁基苯酚(OTBP)的方法。优化了色谱质谱条件和固相微萃取条件,如色谱柱、萃取头、水样p H、萃取时间与温度、解析温度与时间以及振动速度等。本方法在50~2000 ng/L范围具有良好的线性,r>0.9993,OTBP检出限为7.2 ng/L;3个加标水平下,实际水样OTBP的加标平均回收率为85.8%~98.3%,相对标准偏差为5.0%~8.7%。本方法可准确地测定地表水中痕量OTBP。A method was established to determine 2-tert-butylphenol(OTBP) in surface water by headspace solid-phase micro extraction-chromatography-mass spectrometry.The analytical conditions of chromatographic-mass spectrometry and solid-phase microextraction were optimized,such as chromatographic column,SPME fiber,p H of water sample,extraction time and temperature,desorption temperature and time,vibration velocity,et al.The results indicate that,the calibration curve shows a good linearity for OTBP(r 〉0.9993) in the range of 50 ~ 2000 ng/L,the detection limit of OTBP is 7.2 ng/L when using 10.0 m L surface water sample.At three different concentration levels,the average recoveries of OTBP in spiked practical surface water sample are in the range of85.8% ~ 98.3% with relative standard deviations of 5.0% ~ 8.7%.The modified method can simply and accurately monitor OTBP in surface water.
