摘 要:为探索"互联网+"时代职业教育质量评估体系的变革创新,该文从国家战略需求出发,以现代化治理为目标,借助互联网技术优势设计并建设职业教育质量监测评估的现代化治理体系。从时间、空间和价值三个维度建构职业教育质量监测评价体系的宏观架构,基于互联网技术的数据收集、数据分析、数据加工与数据决策等技术,整合职业教育质量红线预警、智慧决策和科学管理的"三位一体"功能,并从评价目标、评价组织、评价内容、评价模式与评价问责等方面明确了监测评估的实践保障措施。In the "Internet+" era, a great of changes have taken place in vocational education system, so the quality factors of the vocational education quality evaluation system needs reform and innovation. In order to explore the quality evaluation system of vocational education in the era of "Internet+", this paper designs a modern management system for quality monitoring and evaluation of vocational education with the help of the advantages of Internet technology, starting from the national strategic demand and taking modern governance as the blueprint. From the three dimensions of time, space and value, this paper constructs a monitoring and evaluation system, which integrates the "trinity" function of quality warning, intelligent decision making and scientific management of vocational education through data collection, data analysis, data processing and data decision making. At the same time, the paper puts forward the evaluation objective, evaluation organization, evaluation content, evaluation mode and practical safeguard measures of evaluation accountability.
