摘 要:[目的]系统评价国内案例教学法与传统教学法对国内护理学专业基础护理学教学效果的影响。[方法]计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、EBSCO等数据库,收集有关案例教学法对比传统教学法在基础护理学教学中应用的随机对照试验(RCT),文献检索时间均从建库至2018年2月。由两人独立按纳入排除标准选择文献、进行资料提取。并对纳入研究进行方法学质量评价,应用RevMan 5.3软件进行统计分析。[结果]最终纳入12项RCT研究,共2 156名研究对象。质量评价结果表明,12项研究均为高质量文献。由于纳入研究的同质性较差,本研究仅采用描述性分析。结果显示,与传统教学法相比,案例教学法有助于提高护生对基础护理知识与技能掌握及自主学习能力,护生对该教学方法更为满意。[结论]案例教学法适合基础护理学教学模式,但由于纳入研究考核标准、随访时间差异较大,上述结论尚需开展更多高质量的研究予以验证。Objective:To evaluate the effects of case-based learning in basic nursing in China.Methods:Such databases as CNKI,Wan Fang data,VIP,Pub Med,EBSCO,Cochrane library were electronically searched from inception to February,2018 to collect randomized controlled trials(RCT)which compared case-based learning and traditional methods in basic nursing.Two reviewers independently according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria screened literature,extracted data,and the methodological quality of the included RCTs was assessed according to the quality assessment scale developed by Smits PB.RevMan 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:12 RCTs and 2 156 participants were included.The results of quality evaluation showed that the scores of twelve studies were more than or equaled 30.Descriptive analyses were only used because there was clinical heterogeneity between different studies.Comparing with traditional teaching method,case-based learning was beneficial for nursing students to gain knowledge and independent learning ability,and nursing students tended to accept it.Conclusions:Case-based learning showed superiority in basic nursing,Because of the big difference of examine criteria in different studies and follow-up period,it is necessary to be verified in future by unified assessment methods and more researches with high quality.
