摘　　要：能力本位教育是当前国外高等职业教育体系中的趋势和热点,具有突出职业能力、以学生为中心、注重协同合作等优势,这与当前我国深化高等教育人才培养模式改革,培养熟练掌握专业技术技能的应用型人才目标高度契合。为此,在我国加快推进人才培养供给侧改革与深化产教融合的大背景下,通过对以能力本位为特点的国外高等职业教育应用型人才培养优势进行思考和借鉴,可以对我国应用型人才培养有所裨益。Competence-based education is the current trend and hotspot of foreign higher vocational education system. And it has many advantages such as prominenting to the vocational ability, taking the student as the center, paying attention to the collaboration and so on. This is highly consistent with our current goal of deepening the reform of talents training mode in higher education and train- ing skilled talents with professional and technical skills. Therefore, in the background of speeding up the reform of the supply side of talent training and deepening the integration of production and education in China, it is beneficial to the training of Applied Talents in our country through thinking and drawing on the advantages of the training of applied talents of foreign higher vocational education, which is characterized by the ability standard.
