摘  要:当前,由于构建少数民族中小学课程缺乏多元文化理论的支撑,在内容的选择上,缺乏系统性与针对性,忽视了主体性的价值取向,忽视了劳动技术性内容,存在着片面化、简单化倾向;在内容的组织上,忽视了课程组织的逻辑性、连续性、整合性原则,缺乏与学生实际生活经验和学习的真实情境脉络,致使学生的学习内容与现实生活之间的疏离感加重。基于多元文化教育理论与课程开发理论,针对其存在的问题,促进少数民族地区多元文化课程目标的实现以及少数民族中小学生的全面发展,应着眼于内容构建的深层次性,少数民族多元文化课程内容在组织上要注重原则性,秉承开放的态度,探索多种课程开发方式,改变传统的课程观,注重与少数民族中小学生的生活实践和社会经验相衔接,提高多元文化课程的系统性与针对性。The current national curriculum construction due to the lack of cultural theory,the lack of systematic and targeted in the choice of content,ignoring the value orientation of subjectivity,ignoring the labor technical content,there is a one-sided and simplistic tendency; in the organization of the contents of neglect of curriculum organization,logic the continuity and integration of the principle of the lack of a real context and their real life experience and learning,the students between the content and the real life alienation aggravation. Multicultural education theory and curriculum development based on the theory,aiming at the existing problems,that promote the realization of multicultural curriculum objectives in ethnic minority areas and nationalities students all-round development should focus on the construction of the deep content,the national multicultural curriculum content should pay attention to the principle of organization in the organization,adhering to the open attitude to explore a variety of courses,change the traditional curriculum concept,pay attention to students and national life practice and social experience of convergence,improve the multicultural curriculum system targeted.
