摘 要:目的研究标准化病人结合医学仿真模型在留学生妇科临床见习教学中的作用。方法选取2016年9月-2016年11月在某院见习的2012级国际学院的28名留学生作为研究对象,针对子宫肌瘤和异位妊娠两种疾病分别采用传统的以示教为主的见习教学方法和教师标准化病人结合医学仿真模型的教学方法进行见习教学,并于见习结束后进行教学满意度调查和理论知识、妇科双合诊检查以及病例分析题的小测试,分别使用χ~2检验和独立样本t检验进行统计学分析。结果临床见习结束后,对学生的调查和测试结果显示,使用教师标准化病人结合医学仿真模型的教学方法的教学满意度要高于传统的以示教为主的见习教学方法,学生的理论考试成绩分别为80.07+3.66和79.75+2.49,差异没有统计学意义,但使用新教学方法后学生的妇科双合诊和病例分析得分分别为77.32+3.13和75.07+3.62,使用传统教学方法学生的得分分别为64.32+2.78和70.75+3.70,差异有统计学意义。结论使用教师标准化病人结合医学仿真模型进行见习教学的教学方法可以提高留学生对于妇产科常见疾病的诊疗能力,有助于提高留学生临床见习的教学效果。Objective Study on the role of standardized patients combined with medical simulation model in gynecological clinical probation teaching for foreign students.Methods From September 2016 to November 2016,28 international college students of grade 2012 were selected as the subjects of the study.Two kinds of diseases,uterine leiomyoma and ectopic pregnancy,were taught by traditional teaching method and standardized patient teaching method combined with medical simulation model,respectively.Teaching satisfaction survey and theoretical knowledge,gynecological double examination and small test of case analysis questions were carried out at the end of the apprenticeship.χ2 test and independent sample t test were used for statistical analysis respectively.Results After clinical probation,the results of investigation and test on the students showed that the teaching satisfaction of the teaching method using the teacher standardized patient combined with the medical simulation model was higher than that of the traditional teaching method.The scores of theoretical examination were 80.07+3.66 and 79.75+2.49,respectively.The difference was not statistically significant.However,the scores of gynecological double diagnosis and case analysis were 77.32+3.13 and 75.07+3.62,respectively,and the scores of students using traditional teaching methods were 64.32+2.78 and 70.75+3.70.The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion The teaching method of teacher standardized patients combined with medical simulation model can improve the diagnosis and treatment ability of overseas students for common diseases in gynecology and obstetrics,and help to improve the teaching effect of clinical probation for foreign students.
