摘　　要：高职院校教师企业实践制度推进了"双师型"教师队伍建设的进程,但教师在企业实践的过程中面临着"我是谁""我能做什么"的困惑,陷入角色定位困境。要解决这一困境,需要教师、高职院校以及实践企业三方协同合作,激发教师自我意识觉醒,提供政策与技术支持,从而实现教师企业实践的意义。The practice system of teachers in higher vocational colleges promotes the construction of ＂double-quality＂teacher team,but in the process of practice in enterprises,teachers are faced with the perplexity of ＂who am I＂and ＂what can I do＂,and fall into the dilemma of role positioning. To solve this dilemma,it is necessary for teachers,higher vocational colleges and practice enterprises to cooperate with each other,so as to realize the significance of teachers＇ practice in enterprise.
