摘 要:高职学生顶岗实习期间的思想教育十分重要,备受关注。通过对湖南、安徽、江苏等5所高职院校顶岗实习的抽样调查发现,顶岗实习期间的思想教育存在对从事岗位的不适应性、对岗位要求的不配合性、对情绪把控的不稳定性等三个难点,原因在于"实习分散、不成建制""任务繁忙、不便教育""离校远家、不好管控"等三个因素,只有把握好工作指导"不放松"、思想引导"不放羊"、心理疏导"不放任"等三个重点,因材施教,才能增强顶岗实习思想教育的实效性。The ideological education during the post practice of higher vocational students is very important attracting much attention. By a sampling survey of post practice in 5 vocational colleges in Hunan,Anhui and Jiangsu,the paper finds that there are three difficult points as less adaptability to the post,incoordination to the post requirements and instability of emotional control in the ideological education during the period of post practice,with the reasons as "the practice being too dispersed to form the system","the task being too busy to educate conveniently",and "being too far from home to control ". We should grasp three key notes as"no relaxing in the work instruction ","no slacking in the ideological guidance","no indulging in the psychological guidance ",teach according to the aptitude,and enhances the actual effect of ideological education during the post practice.
