摘 要:目的探讨基于TBL模式的设计性实验对护理本科生的教学效果。方法选取遵义医学院护理学专业2015级接受设计性实验课程的110名护生作为研究对象,通过比较实验前后护生的自主学习能力量表及评判性思维量表得分进行教学效果评价。结果实验教学后,护生自主学习能力测评量表各维度得分及评判性思维量表中"寻找真相"、"分析能力"、"系统化能力"、"求知欲度"和"认识成熟度"等维度方面的得分较教学前均有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于TBL模式的设计性实验能有效提高护理本科生的自主学习能力及评判性思维能力,值得推广。Objective To discuss teaching effect of design experiment based on team based learning(TBL) mode in Nursing undergraduates. Methods 110 cases of nursing undergraduates on grade 2015 were selected as the research object who accepted the design experimental courses. The teaching effect evaluation was carried out by comparing the students' Self-Learning Ability Scale and Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory Chinese Version(CTDI-CV) before and after experiment. Results After the experiment, the scores of each dimension on Self-Learning Ability Scale and the dimension of scores such as "seeking truth" and "analysis ability", "systematic ability", " intellectual curiosity" and "Cognitive maturity" of CTDI-CV were higher than those before the experiment, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05). Conclusion The design experiment based on TBL model can effectively improve the nursing undergraduates′abilities of independent learning and critical thinking, and it is worth promoting.
