摘　　要：本文针对定向培养技术士官生和普通高职高专学生的实际情况,结合往届的教育教学经验,特提出了基于"工匠精神"的《电路基础》课程的教学体系及以"三基一通"技能实操考核为主的教学评价体系的改革,激发和培育学生的技能意识和创新意识的尤为重要。The actual situation of the technical sergeant and the ordinary higher vocational and technical college students, combined with the previous education and teaching experience, puts forward the teaching system of the ＂Circuit Foundation＂ course based on ＂the spirit of the craftsman＂ and the reform of the teaching evaluation system based on the ＂three basic and one pass＂ practical examination, which can stimulate and cultivate the students＇ consciousness of skill and creation. The new consciousness is particularly important.
