摘  要:采用双磁流变阻尼器提高车辆半主动座椅悬架的减振效果,建立了包括变阻尼Vogit单元、附加调节质量和弹簧的串联支路和可变阻尼并联构成的3自由度半主动座椅悬架模型。推导了该模型的动力学方程,进一步采用改进的Bouc-Wen模型建立了磁流变阻尼器的数学模型。根据悬架动力学方程给出了基于分层的控制策略,在Simulink中搭建了相应仿真模型,取人体易发生共振的3个频率信号以及随机激励信号进行测试。仿真结果表明:所提出的半主动悬架机构及其控制策略具有较好的减振效果,为半主动悬架的设计和控制提供了参考。This paper discusses to use two magneto-rheological dampers and their control scheme toimprove the vibration-reduction performance of vehicle semi-active seat suspension. First, a threedegree-of-freedom seat suspension model is established,which includes a serials of variable dampingVogit element, additional regulating mass and spring, to parallel a variable damper. Its dynamicsequations are derived, and a modified Bouc-Wen model is adopted to further set up the model formagneto-rhological damper. Based on the dynamical equations,a layer control algorithm is proposedand its simulation models are completed in Simulink. Three excitation signals with human sensitiveresonance frequencies, as well as random excitation, are used in the simulation test. Simulationresults demonstrate that the proposed seat suspension mechanism and its performance,which is of reference for the design and control of semi-active suspension.
