摘　　要：针对自动化生产线设备教学中的不足,提出一种基于触摸屏编程的PLC自动化生产线示教功能设计。首先介绍自动化生产线控制系统运行总体设计思路;然后介绍PLC生产线示教功能设计原理与实现步骤;最后以分拣系统为例,介绍PLC生产线示教功能在教学中的应用。应用表明:采用示教模式,通过触摸屏进行二次编程,学生能更好地理解数字量写入过程,具有较好的直观性,对自动化生产线设备的教学具有一定的示范效果。This paper puts forward a design of teaching function of PLC automatic production line based on touch screen programming in view of the deficiency of equipment teaching in automatic production line. Firstly, it introduces the general design idea of the automatic production line control system. Secondly, it introduces the design principles and the implementation steps of the teaching function of the PLC production line. Finally, it takes the sorting system as an example to introduce the application of the teaching function of the PLC production line in teaching. The results show that the students can understand the process of digital writing better by using the teaching model and the second programming with touch screen, which leads to a better intuitiveness, and a certain teaching demonstration effect on the teaching of the equipment of automatic production line.
