摘 要:探索适合中医内科学临床见习更有效的教学方法。采用PBL结合标准化病人的教学方法,对北京中医药大学中医内科学临床见习学生进行授课,采用考核、调查问卷等多种方式评价教学效果,并与传统授课方法进行比较。研究显示,PBL结合标准化病人方法在提高学习兴趣、培养自主学习能力、提高团队协作能力、对临床实用、对病例印象深刻、活跃课堂气氛、拓宽知识面、教学效果总体评价以及考核成绩方面显著优于传统教学法。PBL结合标准化病人方法的教学效果优于传统教学方法,可以在中医内科见习授课中推广。To explore an effective teaching method for clinical clerkship of traditional Chinese internal medicine.PBL combined standardized patient were used in clerkship, and assessment and questionnaire were used for evaluation. The results shows PBL combined standardized patient is superior to traditional mode in terms of improving learning interest, developping independent learning ability, improving team collaboration ability, useful for clinic, impressed by the case, active classroom atmosphere, broaden the scope of knowledge, the overall evaluation of teaching effect, as well as tests. PBL combined standardized patient method could be popularized in the clinical clerkship of traditional Chinese internal medicine.
