摘　　要：全面完善高等职业教育体系,培养精专的应用型人才以更好地服务地方经济,是社会发展的迫切需求。本文将从背景思路、政策指导、财政支持、企业助力等方面入手,对俄罗斯近年来在高等职业教育转型改革方面的系列新举措进行介绍和说明。It is an urgent need for social development to comprehensively improve the system of higher vocational education and cultivate applied talents in order to better serve the local economy. This article will introduce and explain a series of new measures on the transformation of higher vocational education in recent years from the background, policy guidance, financial support and enterprise assistance.
