摘  要:目的为使岗位设置与聘用更加客观、科学、有针对性,对某三甲综合医院岗位聘用现状进行分析,讨论聘用政策的实施效果,提出解决问题的初步意见和建议。方法采用统计学方法对岗位设置与聘用的计量资料进行描述性统计分析和非参数χ2检验。结果专业技术岗位核准数与实际聘用数差异具有统计学意义(χ2=846.028,p=0.000);聘用至各级专业技术岗位的专技人员结构不平衡;对性别、年龄、职称、教育程度、有无行政职务、卫技专业技术人员类别、聘任年限进行分组,每组之间差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.001)。结论提出了合理设置各类岗位的数量与等级,灵活运用聘用方案,逐步完善编外人员岗位管理工作等措施。同时为该医院岗位管理的科学性、规范性提供了参考依据。Objective To analyze the status of employment of a tertiary Class-A general hospital, and to discuss the effect of current employment policies, and to put forward suggestions for addressing the problems, so as to help the post setting and employment become more objective, scientific, and targeted. Method Descriptive statistical analysis and non-parametric χ2 test were performed on the quantitative data of the post setting and employment. Results There was statistically significant difference between the approved number of professional and technical posts and the actual number of employment(χ2=846.028, p=0.000). The personnel structure of different levels of posts was imbalanced. The professional personnel was grouped by gender, age, job title, education level, administrative position or not, categories of health professionals, and the length of appointment, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(p〈0.001). Conclusions The number and level of posts of different categories should be set reasonably. Employment policies should be used flexibly, and the management of the off-staff need further improvement. The results provide reference for the making the post setting more scientific and normative in the hospital.
