摘　　要：目的探索DHA藻油鳕鱼肝油软胶囊对小鼠免疫调节功能的影响。方法经口给予小鼠不同剂量的DHA藻油鳕鱼肝油软胶囊30 d后,测定体液免疫、细胞免疫和非特异性免疫相关指标。结果在体液免疫方面,与溶剂对照组相比,受试物中、高剂量组能显著提高小鼠溶血空斑数和血清溶血素水平;在细胞免疫方面,与溶剂对照组相比,受试物中、高剂量组可明显提高绵羊红细胞诱导小鼠DTH能力和脾淋巴细胞增殖能力,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);在非特异性免疫方面,与溶剂对照组相比,受试物各剂量组对小鼠单核巨噬细胞吞噬能力以及NK细胞活性差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 DHA藻油鳕鱼肝油软胶囊对小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫均有促进作用。Objective To explore the effect of DHA algae oil and cod liver oil capsules on the immunoregulatory function in mice. Methods Different doses of DHA algal oil and cod liver oil capsule were fed to mice for 30 days. The related indexes of humoral immunity,cell immunity and non specific immunity were measured. Results In humoral immunity,compared with the solvent control group,the medium and high doses of the test substance can significantly increase the hemolytic plaque number and serum hemolysin level in mice. In cellular immunity,compared with the solvent control group,the medium and high dose of the test substance can obviously improve the DTH ability and the proliferation ability of splenic lymphocytes induced by sheep erythrocytes,with the differences statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. In nonspecific immunity,compared with the solvent control group,there was no statistical significance on the difference in phagocytosis ability and NK cell activity of mouse mononuclear macrophage in each dose group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion DHA algae oil and cod liver oil capsules can promote cell immunity and humoral immunity in mouse.
