摘　　要：我国经济社会结构和发展对城乡社区教育的支撑程度存在较大的梯级差,导致农村和城区社区教育资源差距悬殊,十九大提出的"新时代"背景为社区教育均衡发展提供了契机。研究农村社区教育发展的困境,有利于提升农村社区教育的水平,解决城乡社区教育非均衡发展的矛盾,突破新时代背景下新农村社区教育的发展瓶颈。The step differences exsisted in our country＇s social stucture and the supporting degree to community education of urban and rural caused by development lead to the unequal difference of resources of community education. The new era background provides the balanced development of education in both urban and rural areas with a good opportunity. Researching the dilemma of rural community education is in favor of the improvement of rural community education to solve the resources gap between rural and urban community education and fulfill the breakthrough of the development of new rural community education.
