摘 要:家庭与学校作为学生发展过程中的主要场域,两者交往互动形成的社会环境是学生行为习惯养成的重要土壤。本文以随迁子女为对象,通过田野研究的方式,回到"教育真实",以随迁子女的行为习惯养成为切入点,从家庭教育与学校教育的脱节、乡土家庭文化与城市学校文化的冲突、家庭卫生习惯与学校卫生规范的脱嵌、家庭语言习惯与学校规范语言的差异四方面,对随迁子女行为习惯养成过程中家庭与学校的关系存在的问题进行了分析。对于随迁子女而言,由于其家庭与学校场域的异质性非常强,如何使二者形成教育合力,助力学生良好行为习惯的养成,显得非常必要且重要。In students ' development,family and school are the two major fields and the social environment formed through their interactions is the important soil for their habit development. Taking the children of migrant workers as subjects,this paper uses the method of field study and makes analysis of the relationship between family and school in the habit formation of migrant workers ' children by returning to educational reality and focusing on the disconnection between school education and family education,the conflict between local family culture and urban school culture,the disjoint between family health habits and school health regulation,and the difference between family language habit and school standard language. For children of migrant workers,when family and school form joint educational force with their strong field heterogeneity,they can facilitate children's habit development,which is necessary and important.
