摘  要:分别采用3种来源粉状氧化铜作为原料制备五水硫酸铜(CuSO4·5H2O),对原料中CuO含量进行定量分析,并探讨其对产品产率的影响。该实验源于教学过程中学生提出的问题,涵盖了化学分析、元素鉴定和仪器分析等内容,可以作为准研究性基础化学实验开设,有利于引导学生综合运用所学知识与技术,解决实验过程中遇到的实际问题,促进培养学生的创新能力和科学素养,推进基础化学实验研究性教学。Three different kinds of copper oxide powder were used as raw materials to prepare CuSO4 · 5H2O, respectively. The CuO content of each raw material was quantitatively analyzed, and its effect on the yield of the product was explored. The experiment is derived from the students' questions, including chemical analysis, elemental analysis and instrumental analysis, and can be set up as a quasi-research basic chemistry experiment. It is favorable for teachers to guide students to integrate their theoretical knowledge and technology, and solve the practical problems in the process of experiments. It also helps teachers to cultivate students' innovative ability and scientific literacy, and to promote the research-based teaching for basic chemistry experiment.
