摘　　要：本文根据网络特性和认识规律提出建立教学信息资源库的必要性,重点阐述了基于局域网建立教学信息资源库的原理、方法,提出保证信息资源库运行的机制是个人成长激励机制和相应制度。According to the specific property of network and the recognition law, the author in this article puts forward the necessity of establishing the information resources bank. It lays emphasis on the theory of establishing teaching information bank based on local area network and points out that the systems to guarantee the running of the information resources bank are inspiration mechanism for personal development and corresponding systems.
