摘 要:"互联网+教育"对高等教育教学提出挑战,教师的信息化教学能力的提升不仅对提高教学质量而且对于促进教师的专业发展起到决定性作用,日渐成为教师教育研究的热点问题。文章深入阐释了高校教师信息化教学能力的内涵,信息化教学能力有利于促进高校教师专业能力的提高、实践性知识的增长、反思能力的提升从而促进教师专业发展。高校教师信息化教学能力的培养路径为:教师转变教育理念,师生共同发展;加强教学资源建设,创设个性化学习环境;培训模式灵活多样,构建网络学习共同体。"Internet + education" challenges the teaching of higher education, the improvement of teachers' informationalized teaching ability not only to improve the quality of teaching but also plays a decisive role to promote teachers' professional de- velopment, it has become a hot issue in the study of Teacher Education, This article further explains the connotation and struc- ture of university teachers' informationalized teaching ability, and the informationalized teaching ability is helpful to promote the professional ability of university teachers, the growth of practical knowledge and the improvement of reflective ability, so as to promote the professional development of teachers. The training path of university teachers' informationalized teaching ability is: changing educational ideas, developing common development between teachers and students, strengthening the con- struction of teaching resources, creating Individualized learning environment, training mode flexible and diverse, and building online learning community.
