摘  要:研究生教育是国家高等教育的重要组成部分,培养工业工程专业研究生对工业经济与社会的发展意义重大。从工业工程专业研究生的创新能力培养的角度出发,从研究生选拔、培养机制、毕业考核等方面对中日两国研究生培养模式及具体实施方法进行了比较,特别从需求会、项目制定、经费支持和考核机制4个方面分析了校企产学研培养模式在中日研究生培养过程中的差异,并从建立选拔体系、理论与实践结合培养、校企联合多元化管理和加强研究生导师质量4个方面提出了研究生创新实践能力培养的建议,对研究生教育质量的提高起到促进作用,为我国的研究生创新实践能力的培养模式改革提供借鉴与启示。Postgraduates’ education is an important part of higher education, cultivating postgraduates of industrial engineering major is of great significance to develop industrial economy and society. Focusing on how to cultivate industrial engineering postgraduates’ innovation ability, we compared the postgraduates training mode and specific implementation methods between Chinese and Japanese universities, such as graduate selection, training mechanism and graduation appraisal, especially analyzed the differences of the Industry-University-Research cultivating mode in the postgraduates’ cultivating process between the two countries from four aspects: demand, project development, funding and examination mechanism. Finally we put forward some suggestions of developing practical innovation ability for postgraduates from four aspects: selection system establishing, cultivation combined theory and practice, school-enterprise joint diversification management, and improvement of the quality of postgraduates tutor. It can promote the improvement of postgraduates education quality, also can provide reference and enlightenment to reform our country’s postgraduates’ training mode of practical innovation ability cultivation.
