摘 要:高校实验教师绩效考核分为定量评价指标和定性评价指标,目前对于定性指标评价方法不够合理。为了探索一种科学有效的实验教师绩效考核评价方法,根据教师绩效考核及实验室管理的特点,选择实验教师绩效考核评价指标;采用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标权重;根据模糊数学理论,建立了实验教师绩效考核的模糊综合评价模型,并将该评价模型运用于实例。结果表明,本方法能够真实反映实验教师的实践教学能力和水平,能够有效地提高评价的全面性和客观性。There are two quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation indexes for the performance evaluation of university experiment teachers, yet the evaluation methods of qualitative evaluation are not so reasonable at present. To attain a more scientific and effective method to evaluate the performance of experiment teachers, this paper ascertains the performance evaluation index of experiment teachers according to the characteristics of teacher performance evaluation and laboratory management; then the ratio of evaluation index system is determined using AHP. The paper sets up the evaluation model for such performance evaluation based on the fuzzy multi-level comprehensive evaluation theory and uses this model in the actual evaluation. The result shows that the method is more comprehensive and objective, and can truly reflect the practical teaching ability and level of experiment teachers.
