摘  要:教育管办评分离的深入推进,为教育评估的发展提供了机遇。教育评估机构应积极参与教育标准研制,打造教育评估格局中教育标准重要一极,发挥标准在提高教育评估权威中的重要作用,全面推进教育评估工作发展。实现教育评估工作发展的主要路径是:推进评估机构与标准管理机构合作,成立教育标准化技术委员会,实现标准功能与评估功能的有机融合;加强教育标准研究队伍建设,重视教育标准技术培训,提高教育标准的研制水平;积极参与标准研制,推进教育标准纳入标准化总体规划;完善政府购买标准服务的机制,提高标准研制的专业化水平。The further development of the detachment of management,practice and evaluation has provided an opportunity for the development of educational evaluation,and the education evaluation institutions should actively involve education standards development,playing an important role in education evaluation pattern,The following main path of education evaluation institutions builds a pole of standard. First,the government should promote the cooperation between education evaluation institutions and standard management organization,establish the Educational Standardization Technical Committee,and realize function integration of education standard and the education evaluation. Second,the government should establish research team of education standards,pay attention to technical training of education standards,and improve technology of educational standards development. Third,the government should actively participate in the development of education standards,promote education standards into the overall planning of standardization. Fourth,the government should perfect the mechanism of government purchase service about standard development,and achieve specialization of education standard development.
