构建积极师生关系 促进非英语专业学生外部英语学习动机内化  

On Establishing a Positive Teacher-Student Relationship to Facilitate the Internalization of Non-English Majors' Extrinsic Learning Motivation

摘  要:美国心理学家Deci和Ryan等人在20世纪80年代提出的自我决定理论认为,改善师生关系有助于促进学生外部学习动机内化,达到激发和保持学习兴趣,提高学习效果的目的。文章基于对动机内化相关概念的简要描述及对目前我国非英语专业学生英语学习动机缺失的主要原因分析,从自我决定理论的视角阐述了构建积极师生关系的重要性和必要性,提出了构建积极师生关系的有效策略和方法。The Self -determination Theory put forward by Am erican psychologists Deci Edward L.and Ryan Richard M. in the 1980s holds that improving the teacher -student relationship can helpfacilitate the internalization of students' extrinsic learning motivation, and hence stimulate and keepstudents' interest in learning, and improve their learning efficiency. This paper, based on a briefdescription of the relevant concepts about motivation internalization and an analysis of reasons for non-English majors' lack of English learning motivation, illustrates the importance and necessity ofestablishinga positive teacher -student relationship and proposes some feasible and practical strategiesand methods to achieve the purpose.
