摘　　要：提出测控技术与仪器专业应用型人才培养的要求。阐述专业应用型转型的改革思路,从人才培养方案、课程体系建设、实践教学体系设置和创新课程体系设置等方面进行改革,提出理论教学和实践技能培训的保障措施,为测控专业向应用型转型提供坚实基础。It proposes the requirements of the Measurement and Con-trol Technology and Instrument Specialty application-oriented per-sonnel training. It demonstrates the reform ideas of specialty applica-tion-oriented transformation, including the reform in talent training plan, curriculum structure composition, practical teaching system arrangement and innovative courses arrangement etc. It puts forwardsthe safeguards of theoretical teaching and practical skills training, which sets a solid foundation for transformation from Measurement-Control Technology specialty to application-oriented specialty.
