摘 要:高校辅导员开展教育叙事研究对促进其专业发展具有重要作用,教育叙事研究有利于辅导员自我反思如何重构、获得职业话语权以及工作与研究"相长"。然而辅导员在教育叙事研究中也存在自身不想、不能、不会研究以及对教育叙事研究方法的认识不足的局限性。辅导员进行教育叙事研究需做到以下几点:增强叙事研究意识,提升研究实效性;正确认识教育叙事研究,提高主体研究素养;注重本土创新,体现"扎根"特色;具备跨学科视野。College counselors educational narrative research plays an important role in promoting the professional development,and educational narrative research is conducive to the counselors' self-reflection,professional voice,work and research. However the counselors in the educational narrative research also have their own don't want to,cannot,don't study as well as to the lack of awareness of educational narrative research method of limitations,so the counselors educational narrative research needs to do the following: strengthening the consciousness of narrative research,advancing the actual effect of research; correcting understanding of educational narrative research,and improving the subject research accomplishment; paying attention to indigenous innovation, " roots" characteristic; with the interdisciplinary field of vision.
