摘 要:实训课程原有考核方式存在手段较单一、评价欠科学、范围欠全面等问题。难以通过调动学生参与实践的积极性,提升其运用相应课程的技巧,得体地处理问题的综合能力。通过全程考评、盅实结合考评、个人表现与团队合作综合考评建立多维毖测评模式;设计分解项目评分标准。成绩评定的科学性得以提升、前期训练效果明显改善、拉近了与实际情景的距离、增强了学生的团队协作能力。There were problems like less means, incomplete valuation and lack of overall consideration with former examination methods of practice courses, which were hard to improve the students' ability to solve corresponding events with the language and skills through motivating them to join the training. A new way with multiple dimensions was built through assessments in whole process, combining virtuality and reality and individual performance with team work. Marking criterion was designed with project decomposition. Marking results were more scientific. Former training effect is improved obviously. The training experience is closer to real situation. The team work skills of the students axe stronger
