摘  要:营养与食品卫生学是一门理论与实践紧密结合的课程,其目的是教授学生营养素分类和功能、食品安全和卫生相关的污染和处理措施。本文以农林院校的食品专业为例,剖析近年来营养与食品卫生学教学过程中存在的问题,并相应地提出了解决和应对方法。通过对营养与食品卫生学课程教学内容和方法的一系列探索和改革,取得了一定的成效,建立了适合于农林院校的营养与食品卫生学教学模式。Nutrition and food hygiene is a course that tightly conjugating on theory and practice,and it aims at teaching the nutrients classification and functions,pollution and corresponding controlling strategies of food safety and hygiene for students.Taking food specialty in agricultural and forestry colleges as example,this paper analyzed the existing problems in the teaching process,and proposed some corresponding strategies to solve these problems.A suitable teaching model of nutrition and food hygiene for agricultural and forestry colleges was built,and some achievements were obtained by the exploring and reforming on the contents and methods of nutrition and food hygiene course.
