高素质技能型人才的培养:论工匠精神与辅导员职业精神的耦合

摘　　要：在高素质技能型人才培养中,辅导员的主体地位和作用不容忽视。由于辅导员的职业精神与工匠精神存有诸多交集,因此,在人才培养工作中,辅导员要以工匠精神和辅导员职业精神的耦合为契合点,充分发挥敬业、尚德、求精和创新的精神,以求同存异、兼容并蓄的"大匠"之气度,以乐此不疲、心怀虔诚的"导员"之情怀,以提高学生们的整体思想水平、政治觉悟、道德品质和文化素养为目标,努力将学生培养成德才兼备、全面发展的高技能型人才。In the process of fostering high-quality skilled personnel, the principal role of counselors should not be ignored. Since the professional spirit of counselors and the spirit of craftsmen have many aspects of intersection, in the work of cultivating talents the counselors should focus on coupling of the spirit of craftsmen and the professional spirit of counselors, and fully exert the spirits of professionalism, ethics, refinement and innovation. With the aim to promote students＇ ideological, political, moral and cultural quality, the counselors should manifest the spirit of the ＂Great Craftsman＂seeking common ground while reserving differences with tolerance and inclusiveness as well as the delightful and sincere feelings of the＂Guide＂to cultivate high-skilled talents with both morality and ability.
