摘  要:实施现代学徒制人才培养是推进我国现代职业教育体系建设的战略选择,也是进一步深化校企融合的有效途径,是创新人才培养模式、校企共同培育符合需求的技术技能型人才的有效途径,新疆农业职业技术学院高度重视现代学徒制试点工作,通过现代学徒制企业的遴选,校企共建师资队伍,共同制定人才培养标准,教学质量监控与评价体系等,系统建立了现代学徒制人才培养质量管理体系。The implementation of modem apprenticeship is a strategic choice to promote the construction of modem vocational education system in China, which has set up a main channel to meet the needs of technical talent training for enterprises. It is also an effective way to further deepen the college-enteiprise integration. Xinjiang Agricultural Vocational Technical College pays high attention to the modem apprenticeship, whose and practice are based on the position standards, teaching quality mo-nitoring and evaluation, teaching staff, and other aspects through school-enterprise integration. The training quality manage-ment system has been established for the modem apprenticeship in the college.
