摘 要:现代学徒制学生面临专业和职业双重选择与适应,学徒制学生能否适应特定职业角色关系到现代学徒制持续发展。职业适应力调查可为学徒制学生的职业发展和心理辅导提供重要支撑。基于学徒制学生职业适应力调查报告分析基础上,提出采用职业适应力模型开展现代学徒制学生筛选与诊断工作,依据职业适应力发展规律进行职业生涯指导,培养现代学徒制学生以职业为界面的社会融合能力等提升职业适应力对策。The modem apprenticeship students are faced with their dual choice and adaptation of profession and occupation. Whether the apprenticeship students can adapt to the specific career roles or not is related to the sustainable development of the modem apprenticeship. The study on the occupational adaptability can provide an important support for the career development and the psychological guidance for the apprenticeship students. Based on some analyses on the investigation report of the student occupation adaptability based on the apprentice, some screening and diagnosing work have been done on the occupation adaptability in the modem apprenticeship students,this paper suggests that the occupation career guidance and cultivation of modem apprenticeship students for occupation adaptation should be based on the law of occupation adaptability, so as to en-hance the students* social integration ability.
