摘　　要：利益相关者理论被广泛地引入高等教育研究,成为分析高等教育问题的新视域。高等教育领域引入利益相关者理论是高等院校外部环境变化以及高等院校类企业行为使然。关于高等教育利益相关者的研究为高等教育利益相关者理论的构建提供了基础。高等教育利益相关者的理论研究应遵循主体甄选、诉求明晰、建立关联的研究进路,即高等教育利益相关者的"识别"、对高等教育利益相关者的诉求的收获集、高校与利益相关者建立合作关系。基于利益相关者方法的战略管理属性,高等教育利益相关者理论为高校发展提供了理路指引。In recent years,stakeholder theory is widely introduced into higher education research,which becomes a new perspective for analyzing higher education.Foreign practice shows that the introduction of stakeholder theory into the field of higher education is the result of external environment change and the company-like behavior of higher education institutions.The theoretical study of the stakeholders of higher education provides the basis for the construction of stakeholder theory of higher education.The study of stakeholder theory of higher education follows the research approach of recognition of stakeholder-clarity of pursuit-build relationships.Based on stakeholder approach's strategic management attributes,stakeholder theory of higher education provides a theoretical guidance for the development of colleges and universities.
