摘 要:随着研究生教育的发展,研究生管理和人才培养需要摆脱传统思想和管理模式的束缚,积极开辟新途径和积累新经验。研究生团队导师制管理模式是当下高校与科研院所中越来越常见的新模式之一。该模式由治学经验丰富的资深导师与充满学术活力的青年教师组成团队,以研究团队的模式共同指导和管理研究生。研究生团队导师制管理模式体现了以人为本的教育理念,契合实际需求,能有效提升研究生人才培养质量,增强导师素质,促进科学研究。武汉理工大学"交通系统安全与可靠性"创新团队是研究生团队导师制发展的成功案例。With the rapid growth of graduate students,graduate management and personnel training need to get rid of the traditional ideas and management,and actively open up new ways and the accumulate new experience.The management mode for tutorial system of postgraduate team is a new common one presently.The team is formed by experienced senior academic leaders and academically dynamic young teachers to jointly guide and manage graduate research and learning.The management mode for tutorial system of postgraduate team centers around the educational idea of humanity,which meets the practical need,effectively promotes the quality of graduate students,enhances the tutor's quality,and improves the scientific research.The Transportation System Safety and Reliability Innovation Team of Wuhan University of Technology is a good and successful example.
