基于现代学徒制的酒店管理专业课程体系的构建与实践——以安徽国防科技职业学院酒店管理专业为例

摘　　要：现代学徒制作为现代职业教育技术技能型人才培养的一种新模式,需要构建与之相适应的课程体系。通过对高职院校实施现代学徒制培养模式的现实基础以及高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式的分析,提出了构建以"职业基础模块(岗前培训课程)+职业能力模块(校企共建岗位技能课程)+职业拓展模块(校企共建职业特长课程)+企业特色课程模块"为框架的课程体系,并将课程划分为学校课程、校企课程和企业课程三个模块分别实施。Modern apprenticeship is a new model for the training of technical and skilled talents in modern vocational education,which is necessary to build a suitable curriculum system. Through the analysis of the actual foundation of modern apprenticeship system and talent training mode of modern apprenticeship system in Vocational Colleges,the paper put forward that we should build ＂occupation basic module（ Pre-job training courses） ＋ occupation ability module（ post skills courses co-constructed by college and enterprise） ＋ occupation development module（ occupation specialty course co-constructed by college and enterprise） ＋ enterprise curriculum modules＂as the framework of curriculum system,and implement the curriculum respectively by three modules as school curriculum,school-enterprise curriculum and enterprise curriculum.
