跨学科研究的协同创新机理:基于高校跨学科组织的实证分析

摘　　要：以高校跨学科组织为研究对象,剖析跨学科组织、跨学科研究管理体制与运行机制及评价机制、跨学科研究绩效之间的关系,通过实证分析对假设进行了验证表明:跨学科组织的两个子维度即跨学科组织的合理性及其与产业界的联系,对科研生产力有显著正效应;跨学科研究管理体制、运行机制和评价机制在"跨学科组织—科研生产力"的关系中均发挥着中介作用,与"跨学科组织的合理性—科研生产力"关系中的中介作用相比,跨学科研究管理体制、运行机制和评价机制在"跨学科组织和产业界的联系—科研生产力"关系中的中介作用更为显著。因此,从研究的样本来看,在开展跨学科研究提升科研生产力的过程中,高校跨学科组织不仅需要释放活力与异质性组织构建合作网络,而且需要优化与创新跨学科研究管理体制、运行机制和评价机制。Taking interdisciplinary organizations in universities as study objects, the relationship amonginterdisciplinary organizations, management system, operation mechanism, evaluation mechanism and researchperformance of interdisciplinary research are analyzed. The hypotheses are put forward verified through the empiricalanalysis. The result shows that the two sub-dimensions of interdisciplinary organizations,namely the rationality ofinterdisciplinary organizations and their association with the industry,have significant positive effects on researchproductivity. The management system,operation mechanism,and evaluation mechanism of interdisciplinary researchshow completely intermediary effects between interdisciplinary organizations and research productivity. The intermediaryeffects are more significant between interdisciplinary organizations＇ association with the industry and research productivitythan between the rationality of interdisciplinary organizations and research productivity. Therefore,from the sample of theresearch,interdisciplinary organizations in universities not only need to release their vitality to build cooperation networkwith heterogeneous organizations,but also need to optimize and innovate management system,operation mechanism andevaluation mechanism during the process of interdisciplinary research and research productivity promotion.
