摘  要:金属材料工程专业实验课程是培养学生应用专业基础理论知识,掌握材料制备、结构分析与性能测试等基本实验技能,提高实践动手能力、创新思维能力和综合素质的关键环节。针对金属材料工程专业实验课程内容多、实验设备有限等问题,在实验设计与教学方法等方面进行了探讨,提出了建立"模块化"实验教学体系、构建虚拟仿真教学、创新实验教学方式等教学改革措施,注重培养学生基本实验技能、专业综合素质与实践创新能力。Metal Material Engineering experiment course is the key link for students to cultivate the application of the professional basic theory,the acquisition of the experimental skills,such as material fabrication,structural analysis and performance testing,the improvement of the practical ability,creative thinking ability and comprehensive quality. In view of the problems of a lot of contents in experiment course and the limited experimental equipment,the experimental design and teaching methods were discussed. And some teaching reform measures were proposed,such as the establishment of " modular" experimental teaching system,the construction of virtual simulation teaching and the introduction of innovative teaching methods. Thus,much attention was focused on the cultivation of students’ basic experimental skills,professional quality and practice innovation ability.
