对口单招本科人才培养的探索与实践——以材料成型及控制工程专业为例

摘　　要：对口单招学生进入高校后在一定程度上存在着文化基础薄弱、集体意识差、自我控制和管理能力差等不足。以常州工学院材料成型及控制工程专业为例,针对对口单招学生的特点和存在的问题,提出了"目标明确、课程衔接、实践导向、校企合作"的培养思路。从人才培养规格、课程体系、教学模式和管理等方面进行探索和实践,提高了学生的工程实践能力和技术创新能力,促进了学生的全面发展。The Four-year College Students Independently Enrolled from Vocational Schools have some obvious weak points such as inadequate knowledge in foundation courses,weak collective awareness,inadequate self-control self-managing ability etc. which constitute a big problem for teaching and learning. In this paper,the material forming and control engineering specialty in Changzhou Institute of Technology is taken as an example for discussion. Adhering to the principle of ＂clear objective,integrated curriculum,practice-oriented,school-enterprise cooperation＂,the reform and practice in the aspects of curriculum,course programs,modes of teaching and management implemented in the training of students of this specialty have so far achieved a positive result： the students＇ ability of engineering practice and technological innovation is enhanced,and the comprehensive development for students is facilitated.
